– Consultations are approximately 20-30 minutes
– Each in-person training session is private, approximately 1 hour long session
– Each virtual training session is private, 1 hour long video chat
– Prior to the first session, you will be sent an intake form to fill out and bring with you
– Training will take place around the Mississauga area if in-person. Travel may be available at an additional cost
